Common questions

What's a click-out?+

When a buyer clicks the 'Buy on seller's site' button on a listing that links to your own store. Free sellers pay $0.10 per click. Pro sellers also pay $0.10/click but never more than $50/month total — extra clicks are free.

Do I have to use external links?+

No. Every listing lets you choose: use our built-in checkout (we handle the buyer transaction) or paste your own product URL (we send the buyer to you). Mix and match.

What happens to my listings if I downgrade?+

If you have more than 3 live listings on the Free plan, the extras stay in your account but become drafts. You can re-publish them anytime by upgrading or deleting other listings to get under 3.

Is there a free trial of Pro?+

No trial — the Free plan is a real, useful plan you can stay on as long as you like. Upgrade only when you genuinely need more.
