Terms & Seller Agreement

1. Buyer Refund Policy (Mandatory)

• Every buyer has the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is misrepresented, defective, or undelivered.
• Sellers must respond to a refund request within 7 calendar days.
• If the seller does not refund or resolve the dispute within 7 days, the seller account is automatically suspended pending review.
• ZUESHOP does not move funds between users — sellers must issue refunds directly through their own payment channel.

2. Affiliate Payout Policy (Mandatory)

• Sellers set their own affiliate commission rate (0–50%) on each listing.
• Affiliates earn the listed rate on every referred sale, paid out of the seller's share — never out of ZUESHOP's commission.
• Sellers must pay affiliates within 7 calendar days of an affiliate's verified earnings reaching the payout threshold.
• Failure to pay affiliates on time triggers automatic account suspension and removal of all listings.

3. Reporting & Trust

Every user — buyer, seller, or affiliate — has the right to report another account or listing for fraud, misrepresentation, scams, harassment, IP theft, or any suspicious activity.

• Reports are reviewed by ZUESHOP moderation (human + automated).
• Confirmed bad actors are permanently removed from the platform.
• Repeated false reports may also result in account action.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Selling illegal goods, stolen IP, or anything that violates applicable law.
• Withholding refunds owed to buyers.
• Withholding payouts owed to affiliates.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension.
• Manipulating reviews, gravity scores, or referral data.

5. Platform Liability

ZUESHOP provides the marketplace and trust infrastructure. ZUESHOP is not a bank, escrow service, or payment custodian. ZUESHOP's liability is strictly limited to the 15% commission collected on the transaction in question.

6. Account Termination

Users may cancel and request full account deletion at any time from Privacy & rights. ZUESHOP may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
